1 Definitions and Scope

The following words carry specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions. These definitions must be followed when interpreting this document.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement before the bonus becomes withdrawable: 25 times (deposit + bonus).
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If a promo code is available, it must be entered at the time of registration — it cannot be added later.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• All bets placed with bonus funds must follow t333's betting policy.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in account termination.

• t333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to exploit bonuses is detected, the account may be terminated and any winnings forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

t333's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold and up to 1.0% at Platinum.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on t333 are governed by specific rules. These rules ensure equal opportunity and a fair environment for all players.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or bet is interrupted due to a technical fault, t333 will make a decision based on the system logs.

6.2 Sports Betting

• A bet placed before an event begins is called a pre-match bet; an in-play bet can be placed while the event is in progress.

• t333 reserves the right to cancel at any time bets placed on matches suspected of corruption.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Chargeback fraud — filing a payment dispute after making a deposit.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other players connected to the platform.
• Hacking, phishing or attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

• Match fixing or betting using insider information.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

t333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under certain circumstances.

• If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If documents requested for KYC verification are not provided.
• If evidence of prohibited activity is found.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (as per the applicable policy).

8.2 Account Closure by User

You may contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. Before the account is closed, all bonus conditions must be fulfilled and any funds legitimately earned may be withdrawn.
